Message from the Representative

I have always had a deep passion for food. Living near Tokyo’s Toyosu Market, I took advantage of my proximity to personally visit the market and build direct relationships with wholesalers of vegetables, produce, and seafood in pursuit of the best products at reasonable prices.

Having spent years studying Japanese cuisine in professional-level cooking classes, I learned the importance of bringing out the true value of each ingredient. This inspired me to establish a business based on the belief of “delivering genuine products at fair prices,” connecting producers across Japan with buyers around the world.

Japanese food products such as Wagyu beef, seafood, and fresh produce embody the dedication and passion of their producers. My goal is to faithfully convey those efforts and pass them on to future generations. Preserving Japan’s food culture and sharing it with the world — that is the mission of UP LLC.
