Our Declaration

Every food item we handle complies with Japanese laws and standards to ensure safety and reliability.

Livestock Products (Wagyu, Pork, Chicken)

  • Cattle Identification System: Every cow is assigned a 10-digit identification number that allows full traceability from birth to distribution.
  • Animal Health Management: Livestock are raised under strict control based on HACCP-certified farms and feed safety laws, ensuring no residual drug contamination.
  • Slaughterhouse Hygiene Inspection: All meat undergoes mandatory health inspection under Japan’s Food Sanitation Act. Only meat that passes is distributed.

Marine Products (Tuna, Scallops, Oysters, Crab, Salmon Roe)

  • HACCP Compliance: All seafood processing facilities are required to implement hygiene management based on HACCP standards.
  • Shellfish Hygiene Management: Shellfish such as oysters undergo water quality testing and purification processes before being shipped.
  • Residue Standards Compliance: Testing by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare ensures that seafood exceeding limits for heavy metals or drugs never reach the market.

Fruits and Vegetables (Strawberries, Apples, Grapes, Wasabi, Other Produce)

  • Pesticide Residue Standards (Positive List System): Produce exceeding residue limits is not allowed to be distributed.
  • Traceability: Production records including pesticide and fertilizer usage, as well as harvest dates, are managed to ensure safety and transparency.
  • Certification Systems: We work with farmers certified under international standards such as JGAP and GLOBALG.A.P.
